Keina has been a licensed curly hair expert for over 14 years, specializing in the care and styling of naturally curly hair. Over the past decade, she has trained students and salons, working alongside the educational team from Farouk Systems—a leading name in professional haircare—as well as teaching at institutions like Avola College in Toronto. In 2015, Keina joined Curl Hair Artistry (CHA), a global collective of elite curl specialists dedicated to advanced techniques beyond traditional beauty school education. Since then, she has gone on to build one of Toronto’s most beloved and respected curl-focused salons. Today, Keina continues to give back by sharing her deep knowledge and passion for nurturing natural curls.
