Urban curls Boutique NOW requires a valid credit card on file to reserve appointments. We understand that scheduling adjustments, and cancellations sometimes are necessary. We require a courtesy of 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. No-show or late cancellation will result in 50% charge of the service fee to the valid credit card on file.

BEFORE ARRIVING

ome with your hair freshly cleansed (Day 1 hair), styled how you normally wear it, and completely DRY. Using products as you normally do is fine.

All tangles should be removed – No hats – No ponytails, elastics, barrettes, clips or hair accessories. Ideally your curl expert wants to see how your curls act naturally.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked months earlier. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount upon next visit

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount upon next visit.

IN-SALON POLICY

We encourage you to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Services at Urban Curls begin and end on time as best as we can. Sometimes curly hair services, especially drying times cannot be predicted so we always do our best to stay on time. If you arrive and cannot wait, please let us know asap so we can reschedule your appointment at a mutually agreeable date/time.

GRATUITIES

Are sincerely appreciated and are solely at your discretion.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Haircuts are non-refundable but will be adjusted, as long as you make your request within 14 days after your service. We will book an appointment to make adjustments. After that time period you must rebook for another appointment at full price. Unopened and unused products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
